Sat Nam Wahe Guru
So grateful for my retreat and my time in New Mexico. I feel the strength of this ongoing practice of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation. One of the vulnerable places we find is when we are in a transformation from the old to the new, and there is a technology I studied called Sat Nam Rasayan. Shared by Guru Dev Singh:
“We don’t do anything, but we do (open the space which is always open to us). Become aware of the space (that always exists). What is happening in this field, right now?
Number one, we have no dogma. Number two, all we know is what we feel and sense, that every single tiny sensation, whatever happens in the space is included. Silence helps us get into the space of Shuniya. You can then work on anything - listening, smelling, and seeing the unknown. In Sat Nam Rasayan, you are working in partners, and there is a healer and a receiver in this partnership. The one lying down is receiving, and the one sitting up is healing. Yet you as a healer are not working on them, you are in relation, recognizing how your system is reacting. It is the elemental, psychic meditation I will share.
Interlace your fingers at your heart, no thinking mind, yet aware of thoughts as they are a part of the healing. It’s an ‘O’-mouth breath of fire, as your hands are cupped in front of your heart. Using the skin to increase the sensitivity and to merge, making you less cerebral as you continue for 11 minutes. In and out through an ‘O’-mouth, hands at the heart, interlaced, relaxed, anybody, anywhere, anytime to be in active service, that needs no permission. Make the connection, recognize the resistance, and contain the experience. Don’t scratch the itch, flick off the fly. Just investigate, contain, hold it, watch it observe it, and sit with it.
When we were conceived, we were in that state of Shuniya. This state of silence, we hear things, we know things, we didn’t generate from the mind. All sensitivity, not the sound, separate yourself, and merge back, and see how it affects you. No dogma, no map, no time. That’s where the pre-supposition comes and we need no pre-supposition. You need to forget every single thing that you know. Even visualizing puts a limitation on the healing. Forget any knowledge that you know about anything that arises. Could be a person, could be a place, could be a thing. Stop thinking, become aware of your sensations. There is a peace. We are not moving energy, we recognize it is not us who is doing the healing. The only time you can create karma in Sat Nam Rasayan (SNR), is when you manipulate. All we do is release the suffering that is existence.”
So having gone through 8 hours of this workshop, I recognize as I have returned to my own household, that it’s difficult when you are not in with the group, practicing together, to actually sit and do this work on yourself for yourself. Yet, it’s really good to do on yourself for yourself, by yourself as well.
Observing discomfort and integrating all these thoughts and benefits are better when you keep up, go through it, recognize your state of mind is much more peaceful and neutral even when my body suffers through it. So continuing to study more, practicing Sat Nam Rasayan together in Costa Rica, and everywhere else will be a wonderful addition.

This Projection is a power of the builder. It combines a sensation-seeker with a pragmatic creative streak that asks, "How can I do something with this?" Everything that is seen is considered a potential for "my purpose." You have seen artists wrap entire islands in pink plastic, and make a pattern of lights across continents to be seen by passing satellites. Research scientists who are building tools from individual atoms are using this Projection when it comes to creating the engineering vision. If this Projection is too strong you can be insensitive to the impact on others and on the environments you interact with. Too weak and you have new theories and perceptions, but not the risk-taking attitude needed to initiate them. When balanced there is no hesitation to see the potential of the environment in terms of how it is useful for you project.

Carrot Cake Bites
Ingredients
1 medium carrot, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
2 cups flaked unsweetened coconut
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon (more or less to taste)
white chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Add carrot chunks to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. (You should have a generous 1/2 cup.)
Remove carrots and set aside. Add oats and coconut. Pulse until coarsely ground.
Add all other ingredients, including the chopped carrots. Pulse until a smooth-ish, sticky “dough” forms. (You might have to push it down with a spatula a few times to help it along.)
Add white chocolate chips and pulse until chopped.
Roll into balls. Store in the fridge or freezer.
